Crash Dump

Hello,
Just I removed my Ddrive and allocated the space to c drive. After that in C drive I see crash dump? what doesit mean? After that I partitioned the C drive and allocated less space in a new drive D. Will I face any problem in the future whle operating the computer

i tell you like this if i play with space on drives i do it from windows installer and never had problems. btw from time to time id good thing to install sys from scratch
