I recently reinstalled my PC and ever since then my PC crashes either during a cd burn or an error occurs with the copy process and then the system crashes. In fact i have even had the system crash when nero is just open and not doing anything in the background.

I have reinstalled nero twice still the problem persists. I am sure it is not a hardware problem. I have an ample psu and v.high spec system which has been running in this configuration for 4months prior to this problem.

My two cd drives are:
Sony DDU1612 dvd reader
Sony DRU 510A DVD burner

The error file i recieve on the rare occations that the system doesnt restart first is as follows:

Windows XP 5.1
