replacement Italy needed

Hello everybody,

Cheyenne on USIN needs a new Italy. It was originally a newbie game, but non
newbies can take over the position, as well. The players are getting
desperate because of the delays, so please help us out quickly.

PS: The original Italy attacked Austria right from the start, and now the
juggernaut is comeing after him...
