I bought a "new" HP 1020 laserjet printer on eBay. When first set up the paper stopped just before the output rollers and gave a "pager jam" message. I found a setting saying "jam recovery" under configuration and when I set it to "on" it printed for a while then started giving the paper jam message again. I tried to go through HP to get help on-line but they were no help. Can anyone suggest a fix?
