Dell is shipping the new Dell Streak, which is a cross between a smartphone and a tablet with Android version 1.6.

I just recently upgraded my HTC Hero to Android OS 2.2, and after seeing the difference, there's no way I'm ever going back. It's like the difference between Windows Vista and Windows 7 - that considerable. Maybe the bigger screen is worth it, though?

Obviously, you seem to be a man of the Android OS. I considered it when I upgraded phones a few months back, but I guess I stick with what works for me, i.e. a Blackberry.

What do you think of the new BB Torch?
