i am looking for a good monitor that has the following specs:

1) 19" widescreen
2) 12 ms response time

and i want it to be for $273, and if not found then i will go for 8ms
will there be a difference between 12 ms and 8 ms, if there is then i'll squeeze my budget a liitle to get one

i liked this monitor but it only has 8 ms response time

and can a monitor be connected to a ps3
