High on-time ratio games, with press

Hi everyone,

I had quite a good response to my high ontime ratio no-press games a
while back, and thus have decided to make a couple of ones with press.

The idea is that you won't have to get frustrated by people putting in
late orders.

You need a dedication of 50, to make sure that you've actually got a
record to demonstrate... and you need an ontime ratio of at least 0.98
