Hi all. I'm using a rather new Viewsonic VX924 on a Sapphire ATI X1600 Pro APG card (DVI) at 1280x1024 (=native), Windows XP, ATI Catalyst driver 6.5, latest Viewsonic monitor driver, refresh rate set to 60Hz. Recently i noticed, when watching closely, "wave effects" (ie. slowly moving wavelike patterns wandering from right to left) on blank/uniform areas, especially on grey and light brown areas. I don't notice them from normal viewing distance. I tried changing different antialias settings in Catalyst, to no effect. Anybody observed this before? Thanks for any hints!
