Hi,

I would like to know if is possible to connect a 22-24 inch monitor to my laptop and be able to increase the resolution to the one supported by the monitor.

Here are the specs for my video card Ati radeon Xpress 1100

There is only one exit at the back of my laptop and I would guess is a video out. I would also guess is not possible

Well, the maximum supported resolution is 2048x1536 so as long as your 22/24" is within that (which is most likely is ) then you'll be fine.
