CD/DVD-RW

An internal CD-RW [Phillips] stopped recognizing media, so rather than troubleshoot it, it was replaced with an internal DVD-RW. Both "burners" worked initially, but now the DVD-RW is refusing to recognize media. Can anybody suggest what the problem might be here? Thanks, Ron

Maybe the mobo or the power supply is not good enough for supporting Writers.
