When is a good, affordable Android tablet coming out!? Something in the $250-350 range that doesnt require a data plan?

Hi there cmpsmonkey,

let me get straight to the point:

If you're looking for a good Android tablet => HTC Flyer, but it's expensive.

If you're looking for a cheap Android tablet => PC World (or US equiv.) will sell you some crap piece of junk that runs Android, but it will be unbelievably slow and rubbish.

En conclusion: You can't get good and affordable atm for Android tablets - anything in the range of what you mentioned will be absolutely awful. We're talking 256mb RAM, 100mb internal, 1.3mp camera etc.
