Model House Rules Version 3.5 is Now Available

The Model House Rules for Non-Judge E-Mail Diplomacy can be found at:

suggestions on these rules, on the rest of the MHR, or on possible new rules
to be added are welcome.

In addition to some cosmetic changes, there are several substantive changes:

There is a new rule for errors in adjudication, VIII.(3) Multiple Units in
One Province.

Rule II.(6) Public Orders has gotten some new Alternatives.

Rule III.(6) Multiple Orders for Units has been modified.

The old rules on omitted and inaccurate unit types and nationalities have
been combined and modified as the new rules IV.(1) Omitted or Inaccurate
Designations, and IV.(2) Omitted or Inaccurate Nationality of Units.

Rule V.(4) Civil Disorder Removals has been clarified.

Rule IX.(4) Confidentiality and Finality of Proposals has been modified.
