Upgrading a Gateway Solo 1200

I'm trying to upgrade the hard drive in this clunker but i keep finding conflicting information. A review of the computer says it can't be upgraded past 10 gig yet i find hard drive companies selling up to 160 gig drives for it. How can i tell who is right so i get the parts i need. For that matter how do i find out what the largest ram upgrade i can get is? I found a few advertising ram for the computer but again i don't want to go ordering without being sure. Thanks.
