The game is "menelaus" on the USTX Judge (ustx@spencersoft.com).

The game type is Standard Diplomacy for experienced judge players only,
white press, DIAS, NoNMR, 72 hour move deadlines, 48 hour
retreat/adjustment deadlines, orders due only on weekdays.

The English player has been late a number of times and has now gone CD.
Please help the other players finish the game.
