Hi

Wonder if anyone can help.

I've got a packard bell iGO 5000 and it's been hit by a virus. I want to restore to factory settings and I'm pretty sure there is a way of doing this as it starts up by pressing one of the function keys or a combination of ctrl, alt and function keys etc. I haven't been able to find the right combination, anyone got any ideas?

By the way the CD doesn't work so can't use a boot disk, so I need to restore to factory settings when it starts up.
