Hello All,

I wanted to let everyone know that the Diplomacy Pouch
is back!!!! We have just released the Spring 2004
Movements!

There is lots of articles out there that you should
read. One in particular that I think will be of great
interest to everybody is the Interview with Alain
Tésio by Millis Miller. Both have done a great
service to the hobby, so while everybody is waiting
for the maps to get up to date and adjustments to be
made,

Relax and look at the lastest issue of the Pouch!!

www.diplom.org and click on the latest issue.

One other note: We are asking for submissions for
the next issue and we are committed to getting it out
by christmas, so take some time, think about your
diplomacy experiences and write an arcticle.

Scott Webster & Randy Lawrence
Co-Editors of the Pouch.

Thanks for the time both Alain and Millis have spent in the last
few days getting floc.net back up and for fielding all the questions!
