Audigy 2NX bass treble doesnt work

My audigy 2 nx usb sound cards bass and treble control bar doesnt work.My system is win xp pro and sp1.I installed and uninstalled the drivers and updated from the creative site for several times.Even ý formatted my pc 2 times but no response from this control bars.But rest of the software is working I mean other controls are working properly.I disabled onboard sound also.The result is same.I realized some of the reviews picture shows the same situlation(for example http://www4.tomshardware.com/video [...] -03.html).
Bass and treble bars inactive.So how can ý solve my prob,does anyone knows?
