I want to authorize or decline all print request on a network

i run a print server but the document is printed i want it to pop up on my server and i authorize it

i would send them an email - he's a programmer, he can probably, if he hasn't already, make an api for server 2008

or search for another one...

The window 'show all print jobs!' (or something like that, im one a german windows at the moment) there is an option 'stop printer'. When you set that, all print jobs will show up in the list an you can delete them, start the printer or do whatever you want.
