Help solving crash problems

I recently got my system back up and working. What i didn't understand was teh blue screen that said memory_dump. Can any one help me on what this means and how to go about fixing it. (haven't used the machine much since it happened and it only happened once)

The same problem occurred to me when installing w2k on a p3v4x with a 7700 asus card..problem was the win 98 drivers (3.83 or whatever) updated to asus 5.33 drivers and w2k loaded nextup.......the memory dump size is also variable in w2k............Hope this bit of trivia helps
