hi
im having a problem with my compaq presario laptop

the problem is the HDD.
what happened was that i took the HDD from my lappy
then i put it in a external HDD casing
n then i formatted it
n when i installed it back to my lappy it says no HDD found :o

can anyone help me with this prob

Go into the BIOS and make sure the disk/channel is enabled.

Try formatting it again.

Also make sure the hard drive is installed correctly and firmly.
