Hello,am an administrative manaager, am obliged to give assignements, tasks and duties every day, but i alwys find it complicated, hard and most times yeilds to conflict of assignement with my boss. please help me.

I think you ended up in the wrong forum, this is a tech support forum, not a business workflow one. There are probably a dozen good books on the topic though if you search around on Amazon or something.
