Cannot install any os

Hello,I am having a problem with my operating system i have windows 7 already installed in my computer its not genuine so i got another genuine windows 7 and i booted it when get to the partitions step i tried to format the drive which has previous installed os in it and it formatted successfully but when i tried to install it says We can't create partition or label this drive........Like this i formatted all of my data but it doesn't install on any partition what can i do now.I can't even install any other os it says windows cannot install in this partition 0 bus windows xp not compatible with this plz..................................................................................................help.....................................................................me.........................................................i am now running ubuntu live cd to post this question help me guys plz... :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

In Ubuntu run cfdisk or fdisk or gparted etc. and purge all partitions from the drive. Then try again. If ou don't know how to use these tools, check YouTube or google..
