I know the Eee 900 is not in the same league as the other two. The only netbook Best Buy had in stock was Eee 900, which was the first netbook I've physically seen and touched.
I was considering getting a netbook, provided its not too small to actually use. I was leaning heavily for the MSI Wind, then thought the Lenovo S10 was probably the highest quality, but my concern with that one is the keyboard size (85% vs. 95% on the wind).
That Eee 900 is a ridiculous and unusable toy. Keys are way to small and the screen quite tiny as well. My questions:
- How much more usable is the MSI Wind as far as keyboard? I'm looking for significant difference hopefully...
- Same for Lenovo S10. I know its smaller than Wind's, but Eee900 size? hopefully larger...
- Are S10 and Wind more like actual computers, and not like little toys? Can i actually use the thing seriously?
After seeing the Eee900, I mostly lost my faith in the possibility of getting any netbook, though I reserve some hope for the Wind still, if it really is a different experience. Not so confident about the Lenovo.
