dual boot

I'm planning to dual boot win98 and win 2000. I already have win98 installed and have a blank partition that I plan to put win2000 into. But before I procedd I just want to ask if there's anything that I need to do beforehand or if there's any precautions that I'd have to take. Thanks in advance.
