I have a phillips brilliance 107p flatscreen. I got it for free, but my question is, it is a 17inch monitor and on its website it says it can do 120hz at 1024x768, but I can only set it to 100hz in windows. What is wrong? Also it also has a max resolution of 2048x1536@60hz. Apart from the missing 20hz, is this a good quality monitor?
