Hanns-G, never heard of it before, but is 5ms, widescreen..

Should I buy this one? Or go with a different one...

please people... which one is a better choice and are there any better choices than these?

I think the reason why people are not responding is because they lack the knowledge-these are products that many do no know of. I am and one of them, and since I lack knowledge of these products, I can only suggest to you widescreens that I know are good.

I recommend the ViewSonic VX2025wm or the Dell 2007FPW. Both are fine and affordable 20.1" 1680x1050 native 16:10 widescreen displays, available for less than $350. The ViewSonic may be faster and have more accurate colors than the Dell, but the Dell has TV-inputs. If you're getting the Dell, make sure to get the latest revision, called a20 or something like that so you don't get screen leakage. The Dell I think might have less video noise too.

If you're willing to dish out a little bit more cash and don't mind glare, you should get the NEC 20WMGX2 with OptiClear coating. Colors are very vivid. I once owned an opticlear display (NEC 1970GX) and the colors were indeed vivid! This display is also is widescreen. The display is very fast for games.

Let us know your further decisions and actions.

Thanks for the reply, probaly gonna consider the viewsonic, and Hanns-G right now, since the Hanns-g has gotten 2 good reviews on newegg.com, and Hanns-G is also more in my price range. But I could proably wait and spent a little more later on the viewsonic, right now an open box is selling on newegg for $259.00.

Thanks again
