There isn't much of a difference between the two, but if you want a really good operating system, go for Windows XP Pro!

If it's between those two then I would have to say Win98SE, more stable and less of a hog.

Same here, if I had to chose between the two, the winner is Win98SE.

If you do some searching, you'll find several hundred (perhaps thousands) of posts on why most users, when faced with the decision, opted for Win98SE instead of WinME.

The best current version Windows on the Market is WinXP Pro.
