[SOLVED]
After reinstalling Windows XP with SP3 the hibernate worked like a charm.

Hi!
I have this Acer Aspire 5730Z that is now running under Windows XP SP2 Pro.
Everything was fine until I noticed that the hirbernate freezes.
As I searched a little bit google I found that this is because BIOS not supporting sleep states as required.
And little bit more searching I found a sollution that makes Min sleep state to S3 and Max sleep state to S4.
I did this, but no luck.
Are there any BIOS settings needed? Maybe missing some hotfix(I added the newest ones)? Maybe this will disappear with SP3? Maybe I did something wrong?
System BIOS version - v1.07.
Also I couldn't find any BIOS updates.
