I am in the market for a new 19"/ 20"/ 21" Gaming Monitor. I wanted to know if anyone out there had any advice for me. I am a pretty hardcore gamer and play alot of games such as Battlefield 2. I hear that the response time wants to be sub 8ms and the contrast ratio wants to be as high as possible. I am flexible on price but oviously cheaper is better than expensive...

NEC 1970GX is only $290 at CDW. This has an 8ms response time and 700:1 contrast.

NEC 20WMGX2 - This is a 20 inch widescreen monitor that has 6ms and 1600:1 contrast. This will cost considerably more though.
