The new SP1 for windows xp will not be able to install on warez copies of corporate versions. Microsoft has compiled a list of serial product IDs that has been distributed on the internet. I have installed windows xp SP1 beta so I have personally witnessed this "feature".

not a typo. Just go to warez.com and you'll get a flavor for what warez is. WARNING: Be prepared for 50 or so popups.
