Auto_Cad not running

Hiiiiiiii friends Yesterday i download autocad 2012 Named {Autodesk autocad 2012}
First i got some problem on installing it but i manage it by some ways Now i have install it But I can't Run it .It shows an error message:-
As;-
C:\Program files\Autodesk\autocad 2012-english\acad.exe
The application has failed to start because its side- by-side configuration is incorrect .Please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

You need to install .NET framework 4.0. Go install and patch it fully and try again.

I have installed net framework 4.5 earlier

I try to install it from setup files it shows an message As:-
