I own a Toshiba Satellite A10 Laptop running a Intel® 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller Family chipset. I recently purchased an Acer AL 1916W monitor running an analog connection because my monitor and laptop do not support DVI.

I cannot get my graphics card to run at a 1440 x 900 resolution the closest i can get is 1280 x 1024 and the images a stretched and the text is depixalized.

Is there anything i can run/do to fix this problem.
