Drivers Problem - code 19 error

Hello Guys,

Mine is Sony E series Laptop. It is a window 7 home basic os. My system is not detecting CD Rom and even Data card USB.

In the device manager, it is showing "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" and the same case with usb driver too..

Would you please help me to fix the issue
