LOW LEVEL FORMAT TOSHIBA HD IN NOTEBOOK

Hi, I'm spanish, i'm searching the utility for make a low level format to hard disk toshiba MK 3021 GAS, i don't find it in any site pls HELP ME or say me how i can do to make a low level format to this disk

Toshiba offers a reconfiguration disk for notebooks. This will LL reformat and then automaticaaly reinstall your OS and special Toshiba drivers. Go to the Toshiba website. You may have this disk already - my Toshiba came with one.

EDIT: The Toshiba disk is called "Configuration Builder CD"
