Recovered recuva files are small

hello, i accidentally deleted some files from the recycle bin ( some videos and pdfs ). i used recuva and got them back but they are only 1kb big and the names are random letters and numbers. can someone please help me? i dont know what to do.

If the files sizes aren't correct, then these files were probably already overwritten with data, then possibly deleted again. Those files are probably be gone forever, sorry.
