im currently gaming on a 17 inch monitor with an x850pro and was wondering if i should upgrade to a 19 inch. i was thinking that a bigger monitor would be able to display everything bigger, making it easier for me to get headshots. i'm looking for a good 19 inch around $200. i am also curious as to why some 19 inch monitors cost more even though they are the same size. are they supposed to have better picture quality or something?

1. 17" & 19" have the same resolution so will display the same amount of info.

2. "Good 19" for $200"?... only the cheapest are "around $200".

3. Yes, there are different kinds of panels... TN, MVA/PVA, and S-IPS. The TN screens are the cheapest but fastest for gaming... however they have reduced viewing angle and less color fidelity.
