i was system restoring my dell and my comp SHUT OFF AND KNOW WHEN I TURN IT BACK ON IT RESTARTS and i cant log on my comp cause when it is about to do that it restarts so can someone plz help me i THINK IN SOPOSED TO DO SOMETHING IN THE BIOS BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT OR IF I AM REALY SOPOSED TO DO THAT HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know this is a really seriouse problem and i know this probley coast about a hundred dollors to fix but i wanted to know if i could fix it myself so i dont have to pay that kind of money
