hello

yesterday I bought a genius videoCAM Trek webcam. I firstly plugged the USB cable and then installed the driver. However I know that I should have done vice versa. Now the computer does not recognize the webcam and I can not use it. Does anyone have an idea about this problem?

1. Unplug the webcam
2. Uninstall the driver
3. Reinstall the driver
4. Plug in the webcam

That should do it...I think.

You should make all as has told "_Morphine_".
I too have installed the genius webcam and in the beginning I too had such problem but I have soon corrected it.
I hope at you will be no such problems and hope that we shall soon talk to you at camwt.com

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM RIGHT NOW..
I DID WHAT WAS ADVICED HERE
AND IT STILL DOESNT WORK
ANNY SUGGESTIONS???
