I tried my carrier. I got no help. I finally sat down and asked myself what the difference was between this sciphone i684g and the i683g . Basic functions similar. I thought about it and found that I had my sim card in the one position on the new phone and had it in the two position on the old one. I switched the sim card position and had all my options working!
