Interesting... seems like Creative could have gotten more than 100 million. But creative is in a bit of financial trouble and probably realize that 100 million now is better than 500 million 7 years from now.

ye i read that although the thing to note is that creative also got the other lawsuits against it dropped and a deal to make accessories for the ipod. ironic in a way but should prove quite lucrative.
