what u guys think?i am planning to buy this lcd,or what else can u advice around 500$-600$ 19" lcd?.Thanks in advance

Looks fully sat - the price is a bit high though. These days 19" with same stats and 8ms RT are under $400 (Hyundai L90D+).
The LG does get good reviews. Scan this forum because if you are willing to spend a bit more you can get 20+".
