I recently cracked the screen in my acer 7250 laptop and ordered a replacement. The replacement LCD's back light worked but nothing showed on the screen. I tested my old cracked lcd and it worked fine. So I RMA'd the replacement. Last week the new replacement came in and does not respond at all, but neither does my original cracked LCD. I have little experience with laptops and was wondering if there was something small I am missing.
