This message started popping up today-ERR: 45341, I have searched all over
but cannot find what it means---usually a re boot and my troubles are over
--not so lately and I have no clue what this about. I would really
appreciate help on this or a arrow pointing to help
Thanks a lot

Unless you can determine what application or part of Windows is causing
the error, we won't be able to help you. Do some clean-boot
troubleshooting:

Clean Boot - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=310353
and How to Troubleshoot By Using the Msconfig Utility in Windows XP -
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=310560

Also look in Event Viewer for clues:

Start>Run>eventvwr.msc [enter]

Here is a link to various troubleshooting solutions about PictureIt:

http://search.microsoft.com/search/results.aspx?st=b&na=88&View=en-us&qu=PictureIt

See if any of them work for you and/or give you links to places where
you can research PictureIt problems. I suppose you can
uninstall/reinstall, but personally I'd do a bit of research first.
