Microsoft Windows applications has stopped working

Hello,
I can go into safe mode with internet and it works. But when I go into Windows 7 the normal way I get this "Microsoft Windows applications has stopped working" Sounds like a software issue but not sure how to fix. It appears all drivers are installed in Devce Manager.

Hi

No way you know its software , yet...

Run a hard drive test in DOS first..HIRENS CD etc...

Then a Windows repair...IF it passes the long hard drive test...(2 hours ish)
