Planning on changing my receiver and am looking at the Denon AVR-786S. right now I have a Pioneer VR-3100 (ya, with that huge touch screen remote) which I want to sell before the remote dies (which still sells for about 400$ just for the remote).

Good receiever? anything bad about it ?

Edit : KENWOOD VR-3100, not Pioneer
