Hi. Aadiz64 here again. You know in movies when a computer powers up, it SAYS OUT LOUD, something like "System Initialization" or "Booting Up" or something else in this cool startup then you have to enter a password, then it says OUT LOUD something like "Agent !@#$%^&* Confirmed" and enters, is there any way to do something like that on a windows 7 PC?

Yes there is kind of..

1) Replace the Windows Start Up Sound using this tutorial

2) Replace the Windows Logon Sound to a .wav recording you want. This is found in c:\Windows\Media\Characters file name Windows Logon Sound.wav

Also some ASUS motherboards can inititate a sound file (that you record) on booting,before you even get to Windows...

Yes, there are programs to change the boot animation, the pre desktop boot image, as well as the boot sounds. I myself use a portal inspired boot animation.
