Best memory for Athlon 64?

Now that it seems that OCZ's 3700 Gold edition rev. 2 has disappeared off the face of the planet, what would be a replacement option? The Platinum Edition 3700EB?

I don't know, I'm going to try OCZ-PC3500 Performance. OCZ is generally not recommended for A64 boards.

Aw, I'm sure they will work. I've tested and run both of these sticks. The Platinum should do fine too. The MSI boards seem to be a little picky with brands. All MSI says is buy Kingston, baby! I have had people tell me Mushkin runs well too. I think it depends more on the board you're planning to use it in than anything else. A64's love low latencies. :smile:
