Hello,
I have a verizon apache pocket pc windows mobile, ive only had it for 2 weeks and its already giving me problems. but my main problem is i try to start my phone it only turns on to the to the greeting of the phone but it wont go to the top menu, or my home wall paper, just nothing is happening. i press a bottom but nothing appears to work. if anybody has any idea on how help please reply.

Well, if you've only had it two weeks and it is new, I'd think about returning it to see if you can get a new one. If that isn't any option, have you tried removing the battery for a good 30 seconds to see if that helps the situation?
