I have only one question, witch is better? ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 or nVidia GeForce 9650M GS?

In 3dmark 06 (the only benchmark I have to go on) the 9650M GS beats the 3650 by a mere 100 points. Seems like they are pretty close competitors. It can also depend on the game. A game like COD4 tends to like ATI cards more.
