Is this an ok RAM? Corsair Value S PC3200 DDR-DIMM 512MB Unbuffered, Non-parity, 64Megx64, CL2.5

Buying a new comp so wanna know if this is an ok type of RAM?

No, that value ram won't cut it! Get at least PC3500 with that puppy. The 3200+ improves a lot with a slight overclock. The value ram leaves you with no place to go.

Yes, that RAM will be fine for your mobo. I'm building a system with the same mobo and that is one of the brands I'm considering (and will prob choose if I use PC3200 RAM)

go with crucial as it is great pc3200 stuff and over clacks good enough if your not going all out and it's some of the most stable stuff around
